To Our Valued Customers,

As the global environment created by COVID-19 continues to evolve on a daily basis BPH Pump and Equipment, Inc. wanted to assure our customers and suppliers that we are doing everything in our power to maintain a safe and clean environment for our employees and customers. Because of our classification as a critical infrastructure industry supplying food and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities we will remain open on our regular business hours and we have put in place measures to keep both employees and customers safe and our inventory supply at the same high levels we have always maintained.

As of 3/23/2020 our outside sales personnel will only be making in facility visits per a special request from the customer based on an emergency situation. Our regular pickup customers are requested to call in advance with an arrival time and our warehouse personnel will load your vehicle with a no sign/no touch agreement. We are also in the process of working with all of our vendors to bring in more inventory to be sure we can meet the needs of all of our customers in the weeks and months to come as this very trying time in our history hopefully comes to an end. Please keep all of the people directly and indirectly affected by this virus in your prayers and please pay attention to the guidelines laid out by the WHO and hopefully this will end sooner rather than later.
